Re-do

Remember those horribly large dresses I made form this post? Well today I re-did them and made a couple little girls very happy.

I did a semi-smock style inspired by one of their baby doll dresses. The quilt that they are sitting on was made for me by my grandmother when I was little. I must get around to repairing some of the tears in it one day. The kerchief on Sarah's head was totally her idea. I received it in my Sex and the City Swap, gave it to her, and she wanted to wear it on her head all day. She looked so sweet, just like a little country girl, I took dozens of pictures of her. In fact, one of those pics is my Summer pic-a-day submissions.
